Your pet is part of your family. They are like children for some people and they make great companions. There love is unconditional. Incorporating their items is part of your home décor. I had a cockatiel I named her Alberta after on old boyfriend named Albert who gave her to me. She had personality. I purchased a fancy bird home and all the accessories for her so I could incorporate her in my décor. During the days when I went to work she would open the cage do whatever mischief she was doing and was back in the cage with the door closed before I got home. I discovered this when I saw bird poop on my desk, and other areas of the house.

I now share a cocker spaniel with my sister; she was the cutest thing when she was a puppy. She is now grown and so adorable and intelligent.
